Extract all files under ..your Oblivion folder\Data (e.g. F:\Oblivion\Data)

data\meshes\shdw\w\pack02
data\textures\Shdw\w\pack02
Data\Textures\Menus\Icons\shdw
and shdw_Weapon pack02.esp
