Optimizes the textures from Cleitanious\' Darker Regal IC Mod which are based on QTP3 for more performance.

As the latest version of Darker Regal IC is based on Qarl's Texture Pack 3, which dev_akm and me, Bomret, already did a Redimized version for, ElminsterEU asked wether I could optimized that one too. Now here's the result. The pack is larger because I also put the proper normal maps into this package. The pack should give you a boost in performance.
The name "Redimized" means Reduced and Optimized.
You don't need the original package, this version includes all the textures (plus the missing normal maps).
