adds modest eyelashes to all men/mer, except orcs. orcs get no love. none from me at least. brutish things, all of them.

This is a simple OMOD file that intalls 1 type of eyelashes available from the expansive eyelashes modder's resource available here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18185
What makes this different than the ESP included in the eyelashes pack is that this will work with any custom race (that uses the same mouth as imperials) and will work in conjunction with any race altering mod (such as Capucine's character expansion).
