Well on the short... it retextures the imperial city, its pretty self explanatory.

This is just a retexture of the imperial city nothing more nothing less.....
I personaly thought that the original textures were just... ok so i altered the a bit making it whiter and changing the colour of the roofs to red
I also removed the green algae growing all over the city, just a personal thing i wanted gone.
Looks pretty nice with HDR but still looks great without it hope you enjoy it ;)
