This mod add a new Travelers NPC to the game.
go to any inn in the game and you will find them talking or eating or etc!(Making inns better then ever!)
They all are random generated with random loot and some more random stuff. They also like talking to you! :D
Requirements

TES IV: Oblivion
Installation Instructions

move the PCTM.esp to your oblivion Data folder.
Uninstallation Instructions

remove the PCTM.esp from your oblivion Data folder.
