This Mod allows you to enchant Items and make spells with effects that would normally be hidden like Restore Health or Reanimate. Unenchanted Staffs can now be bought from Rindir's Staffs.

INSALLATION: Extract All Spells Avalible for Enchanting and Spell Making.esp to C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data then activate it using your Oblivion Lancher.
