This mod changes the sway speed and rustle speed of all the grass and trees in-game for people that have a time slowdown mod active in Oblivion. What happens is the grass and trees slowed down with such mods and was unrealistic to what the game intended. This mod corrects that. It is best used for people with time mods with values of 10 - 15. IE: A

This mod changes the sway speed and rustle speed of all the grass and trees in-game for people that have a time slowdown mod active in Oblivion. What happens is the grass and trees slowed down with such mods and was unrealistic to what the game intended. This mod corrects that. It is best used for people with time mods with values of 10 - 15. IE: A time mod of 15 slows the game time down so a day lasts twice as long.
I've included a time mod in this zip file also with a setting of 12. This makes a game day last 2 hours in realtime.
