DESCRIPTION
On my latest playthrough I've been noticing how annoying the training limit per level is.
Yes, you need it to be capped by 5 per level so the game is still balanced. What's frustrating and seemingly unnecessary, however:
1. At low levels you can't possibly afford to train without powergaming. For all intents and purposes it's not really usable until level 15.
2. At high levels, to make sure you use the 5 points every level you have to actually drop everything you're doing on level up. Every. Single. Time.
Why not just save the unused training opportunities for later levels? That's what this mod does.
