Description
===========
Explore a huge dungeon, hidden beneath Blackwood Forest. Enter a lost Ayleid
city and discover something beyond your imagination.

Details
=======
"Somewhere deep in the forests of Blackwood, there once stood a great castle.
But then something happened. The crops began to die, and soon thereafter, the
animals died too. Servants started to report strange noises and twinkling
lights in the dungeons beneath the castle. Shortly afterward, the place was
abandoned and fell into decay. Blackwood Forest consumed the castle. Centuries
later, not knowing about the circumstances of the castle's fall to ruin, a rich
lord from Leyawiin, named Aryon, decided to build himself an estate in the
forest. Having an interest in ancient things, this lord thought the site of the
ruined castle was a perfect location to allowing him to investigate the ruins.
One year later, the lord did not show up at the annual county meeting.
A month later, an Imperial patrol was sent to investigate. It disappeared.
Nobody knew what had happened. Years passed with no word of either the soldiers
or the lord. Years became decades. Ultimately, it was all forgotten about,
until now!"

After speaking with a Dark Elf of the Great House Indoril outside the Leyawiin
North East Gate, you are sent on a quest to investigate the circumstances behind
a certain nobleman's disappearance. Venturing far into Blackwood Forest, you are
thrown into something much bigger than you could ever imagine. Explore ancient
castle ruins, make your way through natural caverns, and break into a lost Ayleid
city, sealed off from the rest of the world. The Forgotten Realm offers any
Oblivion player an epic adventure which of course has an epic reward at the end.
The mod will allow the player to enter a huge underground dungeon which ultimately
leads him or her to something very rare: The Forgotten Realm!

Things the mod contains:

* 50 detailed cells
* 3 New worldspaces
* Several boss-fights
* A secret cult and then something worse...
* A pretty extensive questline
* A companion
* Lots of surprises, traps, epic moments and stuff!!!

This version has been play-tested and debugged to fix many of the issues reported
on in earlier versions.

Many of the creatures in this dungeon are not leveled, so you may need to be level
15 or higher to survive. The dungeon is very dark in spots, so it may be wise to
come with plenty of torches or the ability to cast light spells. The dungeon is a
long hard slog, so you might want to bring plenty of supplies such as potions,
scrolls, arrows, soul gems, and repair hammers.

Install
=======
Note: All the pieces of this three-part download install the same way and do not overlap.
All three pieces are required in order to play the mod.

sort of like C:\Games\Oblivion\Data\TheForgottenRealm.esp depending on how your
directories are set up
2. Start your mod manager and place a checkmark or "X" beside the .esp file.
3. Play.

Uninstall
=========
1. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod. (Refer to your copy of the
compressed, downloaded file to identify them.)

Incompatibility
===============
This mod could conflict with any other mod that makes changes to the area around
Leyawiin and Blackwood Forest.

There is a patch for The Forgotten Realm and Mudwater available at this download point.
I am not responsible for the conflict between Mudwater and Knights of the Nine. This mod
does not edit anything related to Knights of the Nine and is fully compatible with it.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
This mod will not work and can prevent Oblivion from working if you do not have Shivering
Isles installed.

You must have all three parts of this download installed to make it function right.

Due to the unique construction of the cells which utilizes multiple tilesets, you or your
enemies could possibly get stuck between objects or sink into a floor or wall. You can
use console command TCL to escape from this situation if it happens to you, and if it
happens to an enemy, rejoice!

Some of the custom armor and weapons lack custom icons.

The Fallen Cult Chalice does not have a ground model with collision.

There were many problems with creature meshes and lots of missing textures and incorrect
texture paths. As a result, many of the custom creatures lost the special models and/or
textures they were originally supposed to have and now look rather like vanilla Oblivion
creatures. But at least you won't have missing meshes and missing textures and CTDs caused
by creatures.

The giant Firelord is a creature that is resistant to fire and uses fire spells, but if
you can maneuver it into falling into the lava, that intense of heat can kill it. Use this
to your advantage, because you may not be powerful enough to kill it in any other way.

In play-testing, there was one case of a CTD in the "Elemental Plane" cell. The cause has
not been determined and the CTD could not be made to happen again.

If you get a giant creature chasing you, it will try to follow you even into tunnels and
halls that are too small for it.

There are places where there a lots of animations, lights, and actors all in one place.
This could cause lag, stuttering, slow cell loading, or even CTDs. This is a mod for
people with mid-range to upper-end computers.

The vanilla Oblivion cave tileset is defective and has miniscule rifts in between
properly snap-to-grid set tiles. So you may see light, fog, lava, or blackness in some
seams, even though efforts have been made to minimize this problem.

The dungeon is so large that you likely cannot carry out all the loot. What do you
expect from a 50-cell dungeon with one entrance and one exit at opposite ends?

The mod had not been sufficiently play-tested thus far.

If you discover a mod-breaking bug, contact David Brasher on TES Nexus as soon as possible.
