A small tweak to keep the LifeDetect shader from obscuring the NPC faces. For NPCs it now looks more like breath falling towards the ground than a giant blob obscuring their faces.

Oblivion's Life Detected shader obscures NPCs faces and clothing. This is a minor tweak to make it less annoying by making the cloud effect fall toward the ground instead of just hovering in place.
In the dialog view it now looks more like breath falling to the ground than a giant blob obscuring the NPC faces.
From a distance you can still see the effect, but because it falls towards the ground you can still see the NPCs and creatures if they are in reasonable lighting.
