Mini FAQ:

Q: How much Rebild affect the world? Is it only the cites and their surrounding, or it is something that we have seen in the UL?
A: Currently Syrodiil Rebuild affects only the surrounding of cities. Typically, within a radius of not more than two cells. Exception is Bruma, where we are going to create several operating mines within a radius of 5 cells from the city. Basically, we are working with the urban surrounding, but Cheydinhal, Chorrol and Anvil (lesser than other) have some internal transformations.
Q: Many people saw the screenshots of the project. The new locations requires new NPC. How densely populated are the new places?
A: The average population of each city will increase from 2 to 4 dozens of NPC. Plugin will contain up to 250 new characters.
Q: Would it be the ordinary NPC, or everyone will have something to tell about myself?
A: We tried to make NPC is not too different from the standard NPC, as the appearance, vocabulary and behavior. In our view NPC are the case, which should be most careful in the observance of the measures.
