This mod removes the "Flicker" from every light source in the game including but not limited to: Lights, Torches, Oblivion Gates, Camp Fires, Lamps, Candles, ect...

The aim of this mod is to reduce the effects being processed in the game world in order to hopefully reduce lag on users with lower end Systems/Video Cards. Lights are still in game and still look good, just the "flickering" effects that real fires ect.. create have been removed, well disabled.

** Mod is compatible with both Vanilla Default Oblivion as well as Oblivion + Shivering Isles. Also should with v.1.1 Oblivion (no garantee) does support v.1.2. Contains support files for Official Plugins as well.
