2. Mod Description
*****************************************************************

DOES NOT REQUIRE "Darker Cyrodiil" to work!

This is a texture replacer only which means,
It is compatable with any and all:
-Creature overhauls
-Loot Overhauls
-Custom Items or Armor
-Game Mechanic Tweaks
-Companions
-House Mods
-LOD Texture mods
-Weather changers (Natural Enviroments)
-World Texture Replacers (Qarl's Texture Pack Etc)
-Anything not in the incompatable List

This mod is NOT compatable with:
-Imperial City Texture Replacers (Darker Imperial City)

The purpose:
To make the Imperial City a darker and more atmoshperic place, the darker a world, the greater the need for the Hero. Morrowind was even with its lower resolution graphics, lack of voice and etc, a much more atmospheric game then Obivion, This is my attempt to bring Oblivion closer to Morrowind in that aspect.

Whats it do?
It makes the Imperial City Darker.

All of the cities' landscape textures are replaced with less colorful, darker textures. This affects The Imperial City only. There will be seperate releases for the game's other cities which will aside form making their textures darker will add darkness in other ways.
