1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

1- Place the *.esp file into your "Oblivion/Data" folder.
If asks to overwrite, choose "Yes".

2- When launching the game, select data files and double click
this mod, if you want the below listed features of the esp

2. Mod Description
*****************************************************************

This is a texture replacer only with an OPTIONAL ESP which means,
It is compatable with any and all:
-Creature overhauls
-Loot Overhauls
-Custom Items or Armor
-Game Mechanic Tweaks
-Companions
-House Mods
-LOD Texture mods
-Weather changers (Natural Enviroments)
-World Texture Replacers (Qarl's Texture Pack Etc)
-Anything not in the incompatable List

This mod is NOT compatable with:
-Imperial City Texture Replacers (Darker Imperial City)


This mod is NOT compatable with: (IF you use the ESP)
-Any Imperial City revamp mods (Invigorated IC, etc.)


The purpose:
To make Cyrodiil Look a little more like the lore explains it should, exceedingly rich and wealthy, gold all over dark deep reds and purples! It does work well with my darker Cyrodiil plug-in as well.

Whats it do?
It makes the Imperial City look.... Imperial. By making all of the textures more regal, the white stonewrok is marble white with golden trim, the red carpets are now red, the tile floors are purple and red.

The ESP is OPTIONAL!!!
The ESP Includes the following cosmetic changes.

Global
-The Imperial City now has its own special weather which is similar to Cameron's Paradise with some added 'magic' for those using HDR.

The Arboretum
-Alot of colorful flowers added, none are valuable, just pretty.
-Benches added! Can you belive there was nowhere to sit in the Imperial City Park!
-the Statue of Akatosh is illuminated by a beam of light from the sky.

The Market
-Removes all of the "free loot" containers.

2.0 - Redone based on Qarl's textures instead of the base textures and is now a mix between Darker IC and Regal IC.
