Description
===========
Adds a nice, Fully furnished, a bit interactive Castle near Lake Arrius.
You can access it from the road leading from Cheydinhal trough Frostcrag spire to Bruma.
You can buy it from the smith Bruno for 100000-170000 Semptims,
depending on your merchantile skill.

-there are ~10 different NPC in the castle, some of them are merchant/trainer
-your own fishtank!

Containers:
===========
Many containers to store your "Treasures" including display cases
Al container is safe within the Castle for storage except the few marked with:(respawns)





Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
